- Pickup timing: Pickup times are standardized for all hotels and the cruise terminal. Be outside the lobby area or security gate of your hotel — morning tours between 8:15 AM – 8:30 AM, afternoon tours between 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM.
- Cruise ship guests: Wait outside the cruise terminal, in front of the Citgo gas station, at the same pickup times.
- Important: If you are not present when transportation arrives, the vehicle will depart and you will need to make your own way to the office by taxi to join the tour.
